This Order Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel an order, the deadlines involved, and your options if an order has already entered dispatch.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided that warehouse fulfillment, handling, or dispatch has not yet commenced. Because our equipment—including lawn mowers, pressure washers, hedge trimmers, and vacuum cleaners—is prepared quickly for transit, orders placed near or after our daily order cut-off time of 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) may be packaged and staged rapidly. Once order handling has begun, an immediate cancellation is no longer possible.

Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped or progressed past the 12-hour cancellation window, it cannot be stopped in transit. In this case, you may utilize our standard return process once the package arrives. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your machinery. For change of mind, VYROX provides a free prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. All returned garden machinery, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is verified and approved before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund in USD. Refunds are issued within 10 days of confirmation directly back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution's processing schedules, the credit may take a few additional days to reflect on your account.
Items That Cannot Be Cancelled
Certain purchases are exempt from cancellation and immediate refund once the order is finalized:
- Digital items, including gift cards
- Items clearly designated as final sale
- Maintenance wear parts and consumable accessories (such as replacement trimmer lines, mower blades, vacuum filters, nozzles, and brush rolls) once their packaging has been opened, unsealed, or installed onto machinery
Cancellations by the Business
VYROX reserves the right to decline, halt, or cancel an order under specific circumstances, including:
- Inability to verify authorization or security details associated with the order
- Accurate stock discrepancies or unexpected inventory exhaustion for specific machinery
- Technical pricing or listing errors on vyrox.us
- Delivery addresses located outside of our service area (shipping is restricted exclusively to addresses within the United States; international delivery is not supported)
If VYROX cancels your order for any of these operational reasons, you will be notified promptly by email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
Modifications Instead of Cancellation
If you need to adjust order details—such as correcting a street address or altering an accessory choice—you must submit your change request within the same 12-hour window and before warehouse fulfillment starts. Governing Law
