Coverage Overview
At VYROX, we stand behind the engineering and durability of our lawn care, cleaning equipment, and garden machinery. We provide a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of product delivery. This coverage applies to all lawn mowers, pressure washers, hedge trimmers, and vacuum cleaners operated under normal residential conditions and maintained according to provided operational instructions.
Remedies and Solutions
If a qualifying defect in materials or workmanship arises during the one-year warranty period, VYROX will evaluate the claim and provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Repair the defective machinery or equipment using genuine replacement parts;
- Replace the product with a brand new, identical unit; or
- Offer a comparable model substitution of equivalent performance and value if the original product is discontinued or unavailable.
Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty is strictly confined to manufacturing defects and does not cover routine wear and tear or consumable maintenance items. Wear components excluded from coverage include, but are not limited to, lawn mower blades, trimmer lines, vacuum filters, drive belts, high-pressure hoses, O-rings, and spray nozzles.
Additionally, coverage will not apply to failures or damage caused by:
- Neglect, improper assembly, lack of regular maintenance, or improper storage (such as freeze damage to pressure washer pump manifolds or running power units without specified oil levels);
- Use of contaminated fuels, improper electrical voltages, non-recommended detergents, or abrasive chemicals;
- Commercial, municipal, landscaping-for-hire, or rental applications;
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or third-party repair attempts;
- Accidental drops, impacts, cosmetic scratches, weather-related exposure, or acts of nature.
Claim Submission Process
To file a warranty claim for your VYROX equipment, please complete the following steps:

2. Provide your original order number, proof of purchase, the equipment model or serial number, a clear description of the defect, and supporting photographs or video demonstrating the issue.
3. Our support team will review your submission and provide an assessment or further troubleshooting steps within 24 hours on business days.
4. Prior merchant authorization is required before shipping any unit or part to us. Equipment sent without advance authorization will not be processed.
Shipping Responsibilities
For approved, qualifying warranty claims, VYROX covers two-way shipping costs within the United States. Once your claim is authorized, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label and packing guidelines.
If, upon physical inspection by our technicians, an item is found to be non-defective, fully operational, or damaged due to conditions falling under our policy exclusions outside the 30-day return window, the customer will be responsible for all freight and return shipping expenses incurred to return the product back to them.
Comparison with Standard Returns and Cancellations
To maintain clarity regarding your purchase rights:
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase, prior to order processing.
- Standard Returns: General returns for unused items in original packaging are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 days to the original payment method.
- Warranty Claims: Designed specifically for performance failures and mechanical defects occurring throughout the one (1) year period from product delivery.
Eligibility and Transferability
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of equipment acquired directly from vyrox.cc within the United States. It is strictly non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, secondhand purchases, or unauthorized liquidations. Equipment must be utilized for private residential use only; commercial use voids warranty eligibility.
Legal Rights and Governing Terms
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state under United States law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VYROX shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including lost time, property damage, or loss of use of the machinery. VYROX reserves the right to modify these operational warranty guidelines in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
